Returns Policy

General Conditions

The delivery of products purchased through this service complies with the applicable legal norms in Portugal for distance selling (Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, amended by Law No. 47/2014, of July 28).

CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF IT IS PENDING? This means it has not yet been packaged and has not left our store.

To do this, it is strictly necessary to follow these steps:

Access your personal account, click on “view my account” in the login box, and you will see the summary of your account. At the beginning, you have access to your recent orders. If the order you wish to cancel is in the queue, a cancel button will be available on the order line. Click that button to cancel the order. If you have already paid for this order, the refund will be made within 5 days.

HAVE YOU ALREADY RECEIVED THE ORDER AND WISH TO RETURN IT? If you have already received the order and there is any problem or if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

Returns are only accepted for new, complete products that have not been used by the customer.

In the specific case of coins or banknotes, we accept returns as long as they are properly justified. The item must be in the same condition as it was sold, in its original packaging (Example: Blister with MY TCG Pro stamp) and intact, without any handling to ensure the total quality of the product at the time of shipment. We remind you that the images of the products in the Online Store are mere examples and do not precisely correspond to the coin you will receive.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT? Two options:

  1. Our carrier will collect the product(s) at the address you indicate: To do this, you must send us an email to [email protected] with the following information:

Order number; Description or reference of the product you wish to return; Address where the box with the item(s) should be collected; Date (day) of collection. This service is available from Monday to Friday, from 13:00 to 18:00, and it is not possible to schedule a specific time, only a date.

You should place the item(s) you wish to return in the original box, close it, and wait for the scheduled day for collection.

If you return a product because you changed your mind or made a mistake when ordering, the collection cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Do not forget to always notify us via email [email protected] that you will return a certain item. If you choose this method, the shipping costs will not be covered by us if it is a return of an item due to defect or any other justification.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES We exchange new, complete products without signs of use up to 14 days after purchase.

If for any reason it is not possible to exchange a certain product, its value will be refunded.

If you wish to exchange a product because you changed your mind, the cost of shipping the new product and collecting the exchanged one will be entirely borne by the customer.

REFUND METHOD MY TCG Pro will do its best to refund the customer quickly, but reserves a maximum period of 15 days from the arrival of the return at our warehouses.

For Paypal payments, the refund is credited to your Paypal account and will be immediately available.

In the case of cash on delivery or Multibanco payments, your bank details (IBAN, Account Holder, and SWIFT) will be requested, and the refund will be made by bank transfer.

RETURN OF SHIPPING COSTS We refund the shipping costs of orders whose return is the responsibility of MY TCG Pro.

Example: defective or exchanged products.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs if only one product of an order with multiple products has problems.

When the return of the order is the customer’s responsibility, they must bear a fee of €5.00 to cover the transportation costs caused by the return.

If the returned order is paid, this fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If it is not paid, you will be asked to make a transfer of €5.00 when placing a new order.
